4.
Find and get out the Pencil Tool, then set the smallest size possible.

Now on a new layer, inside of your navigation box, draw one pixel (in white,) then one more with one pixel space inbetween them. Repeat this as many times as you want.

I connected the last two dots from each end (left and right) together to give a nice little touch.

I then added this Drop Shadow.
5.
Duplicate your dotted-lines layer and move it down about 30 pixels. Repeat this until you have as many dividers as you want.
I duplicated my original lines layer 5 times.
Now it’s time to add in the button text. Start by using the Horizontal Type Tool to write out the first link “- Home.”

The details for the font used above is Verdana, 13 pt, #ffffff.
After writing out my text I simply copied and pasted the layer style from one of the divider layers to my text layer(s).

Duplicate your text, move downwards, change text, repeat.

6.
I’ll finish this off with a cool 3D shadow added to the navigation box. Firstly create a new layer.
Select your main navigation box (Hold CTRL and Click layer thumbnail,) then fill your selection with black. Move your new layer under your navigation box layer.
With your black-filled layer active, press CTRL+T, right click the selection and go to Warp.

Click the upper-left corner in Warp-Mode and drag it over to the left slightly.

Press Enter to leave Warp Mode.
Lower the opacity of your shadow-layer to about 15%, you might also want to do a few other things to your shadow, such as apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, but if you do decide to apply Gaussian Blur, you’ll want to erase away the other edges and move it over to the right about 10 pixels.
That’s pretty much it for this tutorial, thanks for reading! If you want, you can download the PSD file for this tutorial from here.
