Create another new layer. Now using the Rounded Rectangle Tool again, create a smaller rectangle inside of the larger one. (Note that the color doesn’t matter.)

Go into the Blending Options for this new layer and apply the following layer styles/settings:

1. Blending Options: Custom
2. Inner Shadow
3. Gradient Overlay

And now you should have a result like so:

Now you need to add in some text. Do this by getting out the Horizontal Type Tool, then clicking on the canvas and dragging your text-area. Now write out your text.

The font color I used above is #ebebeb and that font is known as Impact

1. Inner Shadow
2. Outer glow
3. Gradient Overlay

Your text should now look like this:

Now it’s your turn to add some effects. You can finish this off with some nice filter effects, and maybe some grunge-brushing inside of the logo.
